Quick look at a few of the EDC pocket knives that I have been using recently. This is the first in a series of videos I will be doing around some new edc items I have been testing out after getting some inspiration from videos that Peter Mckinnon and Bo Ismono did around their EDC setups.
The Ridge has become well-known for their super durable and minimal EDC wallets, but they have quickly expanded their product line to include a variety of items to help simplify your day to day. We recently reviewed their excellent Weatherproof Commuter backpack and now we have had a chance to test out their Summit Knife, Leather Keychain, and Phone Card Case. Overall, the products have been great and maintain the simplicity and build quality of the original Ridge wallet. Read on to see our thoughts while testing the Summit Knife, Card Case, and Leather Keychain.
Tech organizer pouches are a great way to keep all of your smaller accessories easy to find and for packing more modularly. With so many organizational pouches on the market it can be hard to pick between them, so I wanted to put together a few of my favorites that are a little bit slimmer and will work well when you are trying to save space.
Review of the Ridge Weatherproof Commuter which is an updated version of the Ridge backpack that we featured a little while back. The aesthetic of the bag is pretty similar, but it has some great changes such as a clamshell style opening and an improved laptop compartment making this a really versatile edc bag.
I absolutely love the iDOO V4.1 Bluetooth Headset! When I travel I currently use a pair of Wireless Beats Solo 2, but those can be bulky and honestly there's always a fear that such an expensive set of headphones can be lost, damaged, or stolen. So for my everyday movement I always carry a pair of the iDOO headsets. During my search for an affordable pair of bluetooth headphones (especially after I got an iPhone 7, RIP headphone jack), I tried many many pairs of headphones under $30. There were a few options that were ok, but there were always too many trade-offs to really be able to ditch my Beats or wired headphones completely. Finally after weeks of searching I found these Powerbeats- imitating headphones on Amazon that seemed to really hit the sweet spot on price, performance, and look. Read on to see why I loved these headphones and ended up buying a pair for all my family members this past holiday season.
