Review of the Osprey Ozone Duplex 65 which is a great 2 in 1 travel system that includes a spacious cargo area and a detachable day pack. The two pieces of the system are very well integrated and provide a nice amount of comfort, space and organization. If you need to travel for a longer period of time or aren’t ready to make the jump to one bag travel then this may a great in-between option to check out!
Review of the Peter McKinnon and Nomatic Camera Travel Pack which is a premium and versatile camera and travel backpack that has tons of great features. It has an awesome build quality, great weather resistance, a really comfortable harness system, plenty of space and some interesting and configurable storage options. On top of that the bag comes with a unique ecosystem of accessories that integrate well with the bag to make it even more useful for anyone that has to carry a lot of different camera gear.
Review of the Mystery Ranch 2-Day Assault Pack which is a versatile 27L travel bag that is very comfortable to wear, has a nice organizational layout, a great build quality, and a surprising amount of space.
Review of the Peak Design Travel Backpack which is a very well made and feature filled travel backpack that offers tons of space, useful organization, and a great look. The price and the shoulder straps can be a bit of a turn off, but for the most part I can see why this has been one of the most popular travel bags of the year!
Review of the Herschel 30L Travel Backpack which is able to hold a surprising amount of stuff due to it’s simple layout while providing a decent amount of comfort and organizational options. Like the 20L Daypack, the build quality could still use improvement, but if you are a fan of Herschel’s products it may still be worth a look.
Revisiting the Goruck GR2 34L after using a bunch of recently released travel bags that have been great and come in at a much lower price than the GR2. Although the high price point can hurt, the GR2 still holds up well by offering an incredible build quality, minimal tactical style, and well laid out organizational options.
Review of the Timbuk2 Never Check Expandable Backpack which is an incredibly versatile bag that works very well for daily use and with it’s ability to expand can even be used for short trips. The bag has some great organizational options, nice comfort and a modern aesthetic that will make this fit in great anywhere.
Review of the Topo Designs 30L Travel Bag which is great looking and surprisingly spacious little travel bag that feels well made and has some great organizational options. If you are looking for a great minimal travel bag with a more outdoorsy look that’s going to hold up well I definitely recommend you check this out.
The original Aer Travel Pack has consistently been my go to travel pack for trips and I was very excited to see what sort of improvements Aer could make to what I already considered an almost perfect travel bag. Overall, I was impressed with the new features they added and that they managed to maintain almost everything that made the original bag so great.
